The Bulldog Way of strength and conditioning training for sports and fitness is a scientific program of steady and deliberate phases of exercises and nutrition adjustments.
 
In addition to specialized training for elite athletes in youth sports, my program can be calibrated for individual one-to-one training, small group training and team group training. 
 
Beginning with basic posture evaluations, gait analysis and muscle use distribution, The Bulldog Way guides young athletes through exercises for core integrity, balance, resistance training, plyometrics, and sports-specific and injury-prevention training.
